Christmas Ornament Workshop (11/23)

Service Description

Led by Sydney Celli of Shillcreations Get a little personal this holiday season by making your own set of Christmas ornaments! Each student will receive about 1 lb of clay that we will slab-roll out just like grandma’s cookies! Yum! Just like making our own cookies, we will choose our ornament shapes with cookie cutters. Once all our ornament shapes are made we will have the opportunity to personalize our ornaments with stamps, transfer paper, and underglaze colors (the paint)! After class, all pieces will go through the firing process, which take about 4-6 weeks for best results. Ornaments will come with holiday string/beads for you to assemble as you wish! Everyone's pieces will be dropped off and packaged up at Tomandchickpea in Derry, NH.
